Alpha Xi Delta strives to achieve academic excellence, not only individually, but also as a whole chapter. As being the one of the top sororities on campus to achieve academic excellence, with a chapter GPA of 3.282, Alpha Xi Delta believes that academics is a top priority that must be maintained throughout a sister’s college career. The sisters of Iota Nu always do the best they can by utilizing what Monmouth University has to offer. 

Alpha Xi Delta reserves a room in the library three times a week so that if sisters need a quiet place to study, the option is always there. Sisters are always taking advantage of the workshops provided by academic departments and services, Career Services, and other clubs on campus. 

One of the many goals of that an Alpha Xi possess is to fully immerse itself within her academics, and to be make sure she is the best she can be individually and also with the help of her sisters.
